To remove decayed mock tudor wooden panels, hack off and remove the sand and cement render previously used from front of house which was not suitable nor in keeping with the age of this listed building causing damp issues and damaging the original make up of the build. Renew oak panel as per conservation design specification. Restore new wooden laths and re-plaster using traditional lime and hair render.
