The front elevation of this listed property had suffered damage from water penetration caused by thermal cracking and the render being of a poor quality, incorrect mix and aggregate used. The remedial work required removal of defect render to whole of front elevation, repairs/reinstating of laths, followed by application of the correct traditional render.
